Tammy is a 2200-hour graduate from the Alberta Institute of Massage in Red Deer. She practices myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, joint mobilization as well as Swedish style massage in her therapy sessions. She is also certified in cupping, chest and breast massage, oncology and practices Reiki. She is always learning new techniques and modalities to provide clients with a variety of treatment options that suits their need.
