I am so excited that you have come to my site to learn about me, my holistic practice, and how I might help you on your road to health, healing and well-being. I am a California Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) and a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP), and it is especially gratifying for me to work with people living with cancer. I have great respect for those undergoing this challenging journey and I am honored when I can help them reach a state of deep relaxation, achieve pain relief, and experience over all well-being. I have been CMT and HHP for six years now and I live in beautiful Laguna Niguel, CA. My massage table is set up in our lush, shady and very private backyard where we can enjoy the temperate California outdoors. During the cooler months, we move inside to a lovely room for ultimate comfort and privacy. I am also happy to travel to those who would prefer therapy treatments in the privacy of their homes.
