I am a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist (MLD-C) and California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC) certified massage therapist (#87162) with 1250 hours of core education. In addition, I received education through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies (ACOLS) for MLD and Advanced Post-Operative procedures employing the esteemed Vodder method – the gold standard in the field. I am an oncology-trained therapist and can safely provide massage to those in active treatment or recovery. I am also a Reiki Level II Practitioner. My journey into the world of therapeutic bodywork was propelled by a life-long passion for holistic health, fitness, spirituality and wellness. As a former endurance athlete, I discovered the transformative power of massage not only for injury recovery but also for stress reduction and self-care. I developed a deep interest in MLD upon learning about its role in reducing inflammation in the body, promoting immune system health and facilitating self-healing. In my practice I bring forth a wealth of knowledge and a genuine love for helping and educating others. My mission is to embark on a collaborative journey with you towards holistic wellness, healing and recovery. Committed to staying on top of the latest research and skill advancements, I am able to provide to you a safe and effective treatment tailored to your unique needs. As a testament to this, I have achieved BCTMB Board Certification, am a member of ABMP (Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals) and am a Preferred Practitioner with the Society for Oncology Massage.
