I have been a massage therapist since 2012, practicing in Rhode Island before moving to Florida. I am a Board Certified, Licensed Massage Therapist through the NCBTMB and I am a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. I've worked in hospitals, clinics, doctors offices, and private offices. My experience in oncology massage includes workshops with renowned Oncology Massage Therapist and Researcher, Tracy Walton, as well as internships and continuing education classes at hospitals in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. I established an oncology massage program in Rhode Island to offer reduced massage rates for cancer patients and survivors. I also taught seminars at The Community College of Rhode Island to students in the therapeutic massage program. My knowledge of oncology massage and lymphedema massage allow me to full treat a patient comfortably and safely whether undergoing treatment, is a survivor or is a hospice patient.
