A native Oregonian, I am a Certified Aromatherapist and Licenced Massage Therapist. I earned my​ Diploma of Holistic Aromatherapy from New Zealand's Wellpark College of Natural Therapies in 2005. In the spring of 2013, I began my journey in becoming a CranioSacral Therapist through the Upledger Institute. As a Level 3 NAHA Certified Clinical Aromatherapist®, I am committed to providing my clients with comprehensive benefits of using essential oils within a holistic and integrated framework. With dedication towards the safest aromatherapeutic protocols, I come to the sessions with my trained olfactory sense, knowledge of over 70 essential oils and botanical bases, and a deep sense of integrity regarding my relationships to the plants with which I work. I honor the path of each individual and the deep knowing within the body. When a blend is created, your olfactory response to the individual essential oils is significant and respected, and a beautiful, therapeutic composition is crafted as a collaboration between us. I think that it is significant to note that I have no affiliation with any distributor or marketing company of essential oils. I select my chosen oils from a small group of small business owners, most of whom I've met or have worked with for years. These are folks that are trained and experienced aromatherapists, and I have trust in their sourcing of ethically wild-harvested, organically grown, and sustainably cultivated botanicals.
