UCSF Health Stad Center: Oncology Massage Therapy Level 2 (24 Hrs) – In Person

 

Qualifications: 

1. 1. Successful completion of Oncology Massage Therapy Level I or permission from the instructor
   2. Current California State or NCBTMB certification
   3. Proof of liability insurance
   4. Active massage therapy practice for a minimum of the last 12 months or the approval of the instructor
   5. This is a hospital based foundational course; proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required

 

Format:

 

Oncology Massage Therapy Level 2 (In person) – 24 CE hrs. – Tuesday, December 3 – Thursday, December 5, 2024 (9:00am – 6:00pm PST)

The intention of the Education Standards for S4OM Foundational Courses is to provide an outline of the required elements of a S4OM recognized Foundational Course. A Foundational Course is meant to teach massage therapists the basics of providing massage therapy in a safe, ethical, and appropriate manner for those diagnosed with cancer.
