Oncology Massage New Zealand: Foundational Course (25 hrs) – Virtual & In person – Napier, New Zealand

1. 1. Level 5 or higher Massage Qualification
   2. Virtual component must be complete prior to start of Live; In person component of this course

 

Format:

* Please note, this foundational training is made up of two components. It has a Virtual component followed by an In person component

Foundational Course – 25 CE hrs.

1. 1. 1. Virtual Component: 10 CE hrs. – Mondays, November 4-December 2, 2024
      2. In person Component: 15 CE hrs. – Saturday, December 7-Sunday, December 8, 2024

The intention of the Education Standards for S4OM Foundational Courses is to provide an outline of the required elements of a S4OM recognized Foundational Course. A Foundational Course is meant to teach massage therapists the basics of providing massage therapy in a safe, ethical, and appropriate manner for those diagnosed with cancer.
